We process data only where needed to provide and improve the Service, and we aim to keep privacy practices clear and auditable.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection state, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate location information. This data is used for: 1. route recommendations based on Galaxy VPN node distribution; 2. performance optimization through anonymized aggregate diagnostics; 3. service notices, security alerts, and necessary account messages through your reserved email or username.

We transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, only for crash analysis, feature improvement, and service operations. Except where required by law, regulation, user protection, fraud investigation, or entrusted service providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not sell or share identifiable personal information. You may stop new collection by uninstalling the App through the standard device process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account and delete your personal profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not directed to children under 13; if such information is collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. Guardians may contact the same email address for assistance. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect data security.
