This agreement is a legal contract between you and Galaxy VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions of the App or its associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or fees and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of important changes. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and should avoid jailbreaking or rooting actions that may weaken system security.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by unpaid device service, data limits, poor signal, local network faults, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data use may generate carrier charges, and roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility unless covered by a suitable plan. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service unavailability caused by device battery depletion, system faults, or third-party platform restrictions is not covered by compensation. We make efforts to provide accurate route and service information, but some data may come from third-party partners; we are not liable beyond legal requirements for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the App service according to applicable rules. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
